I went to a Maid Cafe after sports day! Cafe Dreamin’ Akiba is located in Mong Kok, Hong Kong and is located upstiars~
Me and Kat went out to shop (or rather, I was shopping and dragged her around orz). I just got a new set of lashes which reminded me vaguely of Eyemazing #003 and Diamond Lash Glamorous Eye and were so much cheaper, so I grabbed them at the first chance!
So anyway, I’ve known that the maid cafe was there for quite a long time now, but never had the guts to go in. I’ll have to admit that going upstairs, and the general atmosphere in the building was quite… obscure. Me and Kat were peeping in and being indecisive before we went it… and I will not regret it~ It was all cosy and everything about it was so home-ly:> (I swear I’m not trying to be weaboo and creepy. I swear.)
We were greeted with a ‘Okaerinasai Ojou-sama~’ by Yu-chan, who was the maid that was serving at the time :) Unfortunately, no photos of the maids are allowed, but I got photos of the cafe~
We ordered 2 tea sets; a Chocolate Toast thing with a chocolate drink (don’t rmb the name :>) and a chicken nugget + chips with a Strawberry Yakult drink.
The food was actually really good (especially the nuggets)! And the drinks were a little sweet, but very yummy nonetheless.
In the cafe they provide free wifi, manga, magazines and several board games. The general atmosphere was cosy, and reminded me and Kat of coming home.
They also had diaries which the maids wrote and drew in, and had ones where bocchans and ojou-samas could come and draw in~!
Me and Kat were doodling in it and wrote little messages :)

Pinkie Pie took a moment to be treated as a mistress in a Maid Cafe in Tokyo. Ignore the human, the maid made her be in the picture…evidently she’s not the dominate type.
